Jeremiah Wheaton, 11th, donates blood during the One School Blood Drive. With a relaxed attitude, Wheaton demonstrates courage while giving back to the community. Reflecting on the experience, Mrs. Downer shared how meaningful the program can be. “I think One Blood affected me,” she said. “When I actually received a text message stating that the blood I had donated had just saved a life, it hit home. It made me realize that we are making a difference, because one blood donation can save up to three people.”
