August 14th marks national left handed day, founded in 1976 by Dean R. Campbell, creator of Left-Handers International, with the intention to, “raise awareness of the everyday issues that lefties face as we live in a world designed for right-handers,” according to their website lefthandersday.com.

As a Chinese American Hunter Vann understands the importance of projecting undervalued and underrepresented voices in media.
